SERVICE AGREEMENT: A signed service agreement is required when booking an event.
DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit of the total amount is required in order to secure your date. Be advised that no date will be reserved until a signed service agreement and deposit have been received. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
EYELASH EXTENSION POLICY: There is no service agreement or deposit required to book your appointment, unless combined with an Airbrush makeup service. You will be required to sign a "Consent for Procedure" form prior to the application process, and full payment will be due before the application process has begun. All other policies herein do not apply to this service. If you are booking your extensions with an Airbrush makeup service, please note that they can not be done on the same day and will be booked as two separate appointments. When a free touch-up is offered, you must return within 30 days to have it done or the full touch-up fee will apply. The wear and care of your eyelash extensions will be your responsibility, and you will be given the proper instructions and after care tools needed in order to maintain them. Failure to do so will result in poor lash extension longevity and client dissatisfaction.
BOOKED TIME: Time booked will only reflect those services reserved on the service agreement, and each service requires a certain length of time to be completed.
DELAYS: There will be a $25 late fee per every 15-min when starting or staying after the contracted time on the day-of-event due to client delays.
ADD-ONS: The desire to add additional people or services to a signed service agreement does not guarantee there will be time to complete your request if it conflicts with the day-of-event schedule; so when securing your date, please book accordingly. Prices are subject to change and additional add-ons will reflect current prices.
SERVICE MINIMUM: There is no service minimum to book an event.
RETURNED CHECK: For any checks that are returned un-paid, a $30 fee will apply in addition to bank charges incurred.
CANCELLATION: If for any reason the client must cancel the booked event or any services on a service agreement, the deposit paid will not be refunded or transfered. If Touch of Color were to cancel, 110% of the deposit paid will be refunded by check within two (2) weeks.
TRIALS: All trials are conducted weekdays only at Touch of Color between 4-9pm. A trial may be purchased for $150 for services that do not include one. This is a separate fee and not deducted from future service costs or final bill. If you are more than 15-min late for your appointment it will be rescheduled for another date, so please be on time.
SERVICE LOCATION: Day-of-event services will be conducted at client’s location of choice. The exception is the "Prom Queen" service, which is done only at Touch of Color.
TRAVEL FEE: There is no additional charge for locations within 20-miles of Buckhead, Georgia. Locations outside of this radius will incur a $.55 per mile, round trip driving fee.
AIRFARE & ACCOMMODATION: All costs for travel to a booked event are to be paid by the client. Costs may include, but are not limited to: $200 travel fee, airfare, hotel, paid transportation, parking, food, car rental, service incidentals, round trip shipping of makeup case and all taxes. The cost of the airline ticket will be pre-paid by the client and all other fees incurred will be included with the final bill and due for payment on the day-of-event.
PARKING & TOLL FEES: Where parking, valet or toll fees may be incurred, the amount will be included with the final bill and due for payment on the day-of-event.
SERVICE REQUIREMENT: A counter or table with adequate space near a working electrical outlet for the Airbrush compressor is required. Ample lighting (whether by lamp or natural) and a chair are also requested. A bathroom with the proper space and lighting is acceptable.
LIABILITY: Touch of Color only uses hypoallergenic, water-based, alcohol and oil free makeup products and will not be held liable in the event of an allergic reaction.
ACT OF NATURE: In the event a power outage has occurred at the client's service location, Touch of Color can not be held accountable due to this act of nature since power is required to use the Airbrush compressor. Non-airbrushed makeup will be offered as an alternative, but the deposit will not be refunded and the balance will still be due.
EARLY ARRIVAL: There is a $50 fee for early morning start times before 8am.
PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment are with a credit/debit card through PayPal, cash or check made payable to Christina Kazadzis. The final balance is due on the day-of-event and if paying by credit card, it must be paid 3 business days prior to day-of-event to ensure charge has cleared.
