Policies & booking Information

  • Contract: A signed Service Agreement (contract) is required to an book event.
  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required in order to secure your date. The deposit is non-refundable or transferable.
  • Booked Time: The time booked will only reflect those services reserved on the Service Agreement. Each service requires a certain length of time to be completed, and an agreed upon start time will be contracted for the day-of-event.
  • Delays: There will be a $25 late fee per every 15-min added on to the bill balance when starting or staying after the contracted time due to client delays. This is not negotiable.
  • Contract Add-ons: The desire to add additional people or services to a signed Service Agreement does not guarantee it can be added if it conflicts with the schedule for that day. So when securing your date, please book services accordingly. We will try our best to accommodate your request(s). 
  • Cancellation: If the client must cancel a Service Agreement, or needs to change the contracted date, any money paid will not be refunded if we're unable to accommodate the date change. If Touch of Color were to cancel the contract (excluding Acts of Nature), 110% of the deposit money will be refunded by check within ten days.
  • Act of Nature: In the event of an act of nature that could prevent Touch of Color getting to the client or the client getting to Touch of Color, the deposit or any monies paid will not be refunded. Acts of nature could include, but not limited to: weather related; making travel unsafe, road closures/traffic, cancellation of flights or car accident.
  • Trials: All consultation trials are conducted week days only at Touch of Color. If we're able to accommodate a weekend appointment for a special event, we will.
  • Service Location: All day-of-event services will be conducted at client's location of choice. Travel fees may apply where applicable and will be custom quoted.
  • Mileage Fee: There is no additional charge for service locations within 20-miles of Buckhead, Georgia. All other locations outside of this radius will incur a $1 per mile round trip fee.
  • Early Arrival: There is a $75 fee for early morning start times before 7:59am.
  • Payment: Deposits and balances can be paid by cash, credit card or check (made out to Christina Kazadzis). A $30 fee will apply for returned unpaid checks. Final balance is due on day-of-event.
